Our one-week theatre summer camps are a fun way for children to experience the creative process offered by live theater through a Performance Camp and a Theatre Crafts Camp. We offer full and half day options to accommodate most parents’ schedules.
Attendees will receive
For each session you may choose a half day camp OR select both camps for the full day!
Mornings – Performance Camp 9am-12pm
Participants will rehearse all five days (Mon-Fri), with a performance on the evening of the last day. Families will be invited to the Friday evening performance.
Afternoons – Theatre Crafts Camp 1pm-4 pm
Participants will learn how to make props, fashion costumes, paint set pieces, learn about tech (sound and lighting) and do other prep work for a theatre production. Participants will also be able to take home a theatre prop made during camp. Campers will have the opportunity to attend the Performance Camp play with family and see their work featured onstage!

Session 1: Fairy Tales Go To Court
June 26-30, 2023
9am-12pm Performance Camp
Performers will learn their parts in Fairy Tales Go to Court, about well-known fairy tale characters who have their day in court, including: Three Blind Mice vs. Farmer's Wife; Humpty Dumpty vs. King's Men and Little Miss Muffett vs. The Spider!
1pm-4pm Theatre Crafts Camp
Campers will learn how to create a realistic courtroom scene including faux woodgrain and an official government seal. They'll also create props for the characters including swords, shields, spears and a carving knife!
Session 2: Three Fairy Tale Parodies
July 10-14, 2023
9am-12pm Performance Camp
Performers will have fun with re-imagined fairy tales of 3 Little Pigs, Snow White, Goldilocks, Fairy Godmother, as well as how a prince learns the right way to awaken a bespelled maiden!
1pm-4pm Theatre Crafts Camp
Campers will paint scenery for a forest, mansion and a gym, as well as learn how to create a taxi. They'll also put together pig and wolf costume pieces.
